"Staff, clean rooms excellent location Love it"

"I have stayed at Club Quarters in NYC. I appreciate the filtered refillable water bottles, and the little extras like toothbrushes if you forget yours. I did parttake in the breakfast, I was told I had not selected it when I purchased my stay. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. And the front room staff who meet, greet and help you out are totally awesome. They make the stay most pleasant. Very welcoming. Other staff members I met were also very polite."

He made sure all our needs were met from granting us a top floor room, giving us a handy parking place, letting us borrow a phone charger that we needed, and helping us with an alternative payment method when I couldn’t locate my credit card right away. Our shower was great the bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet."
