"Staff was wonderful and I hate to leave a bad review simply because of that. But my room had a disgusting, mildew smell - like the guest before me had left their wet moldy gym clothes in there. I asked the staff to check it out, but the only solution they had was to crack a window, which then had to quickly be closed due to safety concerns. So the next 5 days I had to deal with this mildew smell each time I walked into my room. It was awful. I’d never stay here again, simply because the room smelled unclean. Again, the staff was incredible, but the smell of my room unbearable. "

"First time in Japan and I feel this was a proper stay especially for the price, the high end vibes and the size of the unit considering most rooms are tiny in Tokyo.d Excellent shower, bidet, soft towels, cozy bed and spotless room. Great gym! Area is solid and easy access to the train station. I’d say book it and just get to Japan! It’s incredible and the staff were absolutely perfect!"

The rooms are spotless clean it's not a big room, but it's enough for two people to be comfortable, but the most important thing is is it clean and is clean that the staff was absolutely amazing the location right on point because I like a little bit of nightlife, you know so I'm coming back next year and I'm coming back next year to that location. I've been in Europe and stayed in rooms smaller than that and the staff not as helpful at all if anybody tells you APA don't go there don't listen go there. Have a wonderful amazing time."

"Nice location and hotel. Great lobby decor. Beautiful garden - do not miss the garden. It is a must view. Go at night as well as during the day to enjoy the different views. So pretty. The lady that checked us in was very proud of it and mentioned several times we should go. It did not disappoint. As it was the last leg of our Japan trip, we splurged and got a big room so we can spread our 10 suitcase out to repack for trip home. Room is very nice and clean. Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Great amenities. Free bottled water for each of us. Staff speaks English well and were very nice and helpful. Area is safe. We walked around at night and felt safe. Def recommend. Would stay here again when we return to Tokyo. "
