"really great property, nice place to stay as a foreigner if you want to be outside of the busy areas and stay in close proximity to very japanese culture. great spa, great views, great food, great staff. the wifi is terrible though"

"Personnel aidant. Chambre propre. Situé à quelques minutes de marche d’une station de metro du Yamanote. Bon rapport qualité/prix."

"便捷的交通 寧靜的區域"

"朝食がとても良かった。 連泊したいくらいです。 フリードリンクサービスもありがたい。 駅からも近く一階にドラッグストアがあるのも便利。 是非また利用したいです。 強いて言うならソファーの背もたれが低かったのが残念。 頭の高さまであれば寄りかかって休めるのに。"

"The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores."

"Good amenities. I was able to borrow umbrella when it's raining."

"This aparthotel is located in the very quiet mostly residential neighborhood very near to the Kita-Ikebukero station, which is just one stop away from the major Ikebukero station. So we found the location quite convenient to go to Ikebukero, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Nearby Lawson, cafe, soba, etc. Seems extremely safe. "Good location at Ikebukuro.. just beside Sunshine City. Easy for laundry on 6th floor and ice machine. Happy traveller with family of 4. Great room with comfy bed. 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Very spacious rooms, had amenities quite cheap if you need them including but not limited to juice, soda and water. Bathroom and shower area were super clean and very nice. Best hotel I’ve stayed in while I’ve been in Tokyo. Great job guys I will definitely be coming back❤️"

"Close to yamanote line"

"Small rooms but good amenities as is typical with APA. Older facilities at this one, washer and dryer not as efficient as others, and hotel restaurant told us they were closing when we turned up at 7:30pm. Otherwise gorgeous area with a lot of charm and traditional shops, quieter than the busier neighbourhoods."

"Nice hotel"

"ランドリー設備は良いね!"

"I stayed here with a group of 12 people. We had 4 rooms. It was perfect! The rooms were spacious by Japan standards. I appreciated that they had a small kitchenette. 7/11 is right next door, so perfect for quick snack or food runs. It’s also fairly close to the train station. I would absolutely recommend!"

"スタッフの方は海外"

"部屋に歯ブラシやカミソリがなかった。 残念"

"Nice clean hotel which was quiet and relatively easy to walk to transportation and shopping."
