"The pool was awesome....very relaxing other than the pool staff will open up your seating if you haven't been present for greater than 30 minutes. I did have to tell the staff that we were in the pool and to not take our chairs. Other than that it was great. If you meet a pool staff named Sandy, she is a gem! We loved her and her service. The rooms were spacious. The beach is close, although you do have to cross a road to get to the beach, which was a bit deceiving from the pictures. It was to safe cross. Lots of great restaurants! The Badfins restaurant had an amazing chicken sandwich. Beautiful views. Take a Dolphin cruise. It was great! Jimmy's on the roof top bar had a amazing view! Food was ok. The Salty Crab had amazing food - especially the EZ peel shrimp in the garlic butter!! Clearwater has so much to offer....we love coming to this area! "

"Rooms were clean a comfortable. Reception staff were attentive and accommodating, breakfast staff were rude. There was a lot of loud noise though - adjacent doors, road noise, toilet flushing in other rooms, music."

"Good hotel for the price. Outstanding views, pool area was nice but not enough seating. Room was big and clean, but dated. AC was touchy. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that, but the roof top bar was the place to be. We were on the 9th floor and the bass was shaking our room, songs could be heard word for word inside so just be aware of that. Didn't bother us though. Biggest downfall of this place was the staff. Not a good experience. Would stay again for the price and pool. "

"beachview was partially obstructed. the pool wasnt open for a portion of our stay. we couldnt cook much given the supplies provided. there was mold in the shower. there was an odor in the room like urine.sand on the floor. door has huge gap and its hard to cool the room. the sliding door didnt lock. high traffic area and very loud outside."
