"The fridge in our room every few hours has a very high pitched noice. The sauna was never available due to location that also serves private events. For a hotel that says there an resort we did not find any amenities that were included in our very expensive stay. Everything had a fee from parking, $100 breakfest (least you could do is offer free breakfast) and chairs on beach. We have stayed at other resorts that were not all-inclusive and we did not pay for any item I noted above. Otherwise,...

"The staff was wonderful! This was one of the cleanest resorts we have been to. Every morning the staff were busy cleaning the resort. The staff were friendly and tentative. The music venue was great. I would definitely recommend this A+ resort and will definitely come back again.:)"

"Water front view is great ! Only complaint is that there was no meat on the breakfast buffet and only hard boiled eggs. The only hot items were pancakes and English muffins. But that’s a personal preference I suppose."
