"What I like : the uniqueness of the property,the view and almost everything about lexus hibiscus is unparalleled. What I don't like is : doors for shower and toilet with no locks and a gap between doors and walls providing no privacy, ironing board keeps moving forward/backwards, the sauna is unnecessary should've made it as a shower room for using the pools. For entertainment it would be a nice addition if a billiards room, arcade station and a bowling place. I would like to give a huge thanks and thumbs up for all the wonderful staff for their friendly and excellent services throughout my stay in hibiscus, for sure I will come back again in the future."

"For an American on business trip, this was unusual hotel, but in a good way. The room had a small pool in it, the people were very nice, good English TV, and a lot to do there if over the weekend."

"We enjoyed the swimming pool and great place for young kids.. hotel is old but room is cleanen enough. No complain. But can be improved a bit. Only one disappointment as we ordered room with extra bed but did not provided and after so many calls to room service they reluctantly provided the extra bed. Breakfast was ok but i think due to less man power the service need to be improved. Topping up food and beverages are too slow. If you go for breakfast 9 am most of the dishes empty and no more topup. Need to improve on thT as well. Overall enjoyed. Not that much complaints. "
