We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay room was clean modern and spacious, the staff were all lovely a special mention to Aziz at reception for sorting out our late checkout and Sara in Bilu Bilu for her great service. The resort is a little run down and they are doing a lot of repairs at the moment, this did not affect our stay.

Unfortunately the day we arrived, we were informed there was going to be a power outage in the afternoon. Had they informed us ahead of time we could’ve made other plans. The powrer wasn’t restored 2 hours past the promised time and we had to request for a change of rooms. 2 days later, there was still no power to one section of the resort. That left the guests with only 1 restaurant for food options. Overall, the staff tried their best to manage things but I wish things had been different.

Worth the Stay. Will visit again.

This place is beautiful. Not much to do around the area. The local foods are amazing. It is worth the stay for a few days to relax. The staff is super friendly. You can order Grab rides at the hotel. The hotel will tell you that it is too remote to order a Grab ride.

Foooooood o my god, so many people at breakfast they ran out of everything, couldn’t keep any food in the warmers, bland, unripe fruit, anything cheap was abundant but was so not worth eating. The room and view were nice but NOT worth the price with the quality of food they served!!!

The hotel is nice for a quiet retreat nothing much to do beyond that, the food is good starting with an extensive breakfast buffet. It need a lot of maintenance and cleaning of those rooms that were painted as a lot of paint residue and spots were left on the headboard.

This was supposed to be the best stop of our trip. We were disappointed that the resort was not maintained well. There was lots of black mould, tarps on the front building and restaurant. It is clearly a resort in decline. Staff were hit and miss. Some were great and other not so much. Food was not great especially at the breakfast buffet and the Malay restaurant. The Chinese restaurant was decent. All in all a 3 star star resort at best. Area outside of the resort seems to have been abandoned . Lastly, don't expect Maldives type water. It's muddy brown as it is built between two good size rivers. This place has huge potential but would require an investment in maintainance and customer services training.

We were disappointed that the shuttle does not drop guest to a place where you can get a grab to move around. Grab does nor come there when you call them and this left us desperate. We have to at the end get a private car to drop us where we wanted to go because their shuttle was too expensive.

Resort is beautiful. However, the buffet restaurant is full with blackfly. It's terrible and unbelievable that they don't have cover for food!!! Resort activities are mainly for Fri,Sat and Sun. We stay from Tur to Thur abd found it nothing to do in the Resort, only swimming and gym! The tour also request to book one day in advance. It's really a bad experience here.

The estate structure was beautiful but buildings badly need refurbishment. My unit's roof leaked during a storm though stopped shortly after. The staff was slow in responding.

The worst experience in Malaysia

It was the worst experience. The buffet restaurant staff were unfriendly, and the restaurant itself was very limited. On the way back to the airport, Grab ride service wasn't available. The only positive aspect was that the lounge staff and drivers were somewhat friendly. I would recommend going to a hotel in Kuala Lumpur instead.
