The customer service at Expedia.com.my need upgrade.i not satisfied because the time I do transaction. There said that decline but u know my account have balance. Almost 1hour I deal with your foreign staff. Please prepare other solution for payment method. Example. Transfer to your company account and send slip to whatsapp or email. Easier to make online booking.wasted our time.dispointed.
