Since the hotel are new, everything are new...the room is quite spacious..just one thing the glass door for toilet is too loud when closing

Booked this for my husband's birthday. Stayed two nights and enjoyed the excellent service and environment here. The private dinner was set up by the fireplace, hubby was extremely delighted. They introduced to us their customary fire lighting session before our private dinner by the fireplace. They also have a pianist at their lounge every night. Their common areas are beautifully decorated, making us leave this place with a very heavy heart. Their breakfast is also very very good! Ala-carte...

Lovely place, food was great, all staff were very hospitable, they even went extra mile to help wash my car at the parking space (thank you!). Overall had a great experience there.

It's great overall. Surprisingly, my mom and dad who age 50-60++ love this place too. We were all enjoyed and surely will be back again. Love the native dinner, worth for money. They've prepared a lot and we couldn't finish it. It is fantastic. The heritage cameroon highlands give me an outstanding service. The breakfast is serve with fusion of western/local food and it is so yummy. The indoor facility is well kept for use. And the best part is the scenery is beautiful even you are inside the hotel. Can't wait to comeback to heritage and most recommended hotel to stay at cameroon highlands.

My experience of staying at this hotel has been great!

I booked a room for three people. It featured one king bed and one single bed with a balcony. Regarding the room, I would say that it suits the price point. I needed to add RM7 per person to upgrade my à la carte breakfast to a buffet.The hotel gym is good, and I liked it. The location and parking are easily accessible.

The trip to Cameron was a success and pleasant experience mainly due to the Hotel we selected which is Hotel De'La Ferns situated strategically between Tanah rata and brinchang, it is near to attractions yet also not close to heavy traffic at night for peace and calm night rest and sleep. the Hotel staffs are helpful with room services to and the room condition is excellent, especially the nice and clean toilet for a good bath after a tiring day out. Took a short weekend stay at this place with my wife. Good place for a couple retreat. It's expensive compared to other hotels but I guess this isn't like any other hotels. This is a 'wealness' hotel, if I am not mistaken. The hot spring was something different, and the plus point is that you get your own private pool and hot spring watered jacuzzi in your room. Staffs were helpful and friendly, and so was the service. The experience I had there was very similar to the one I had in Maldives....

Excellent stay. I was upgraded to a family suite when my assigned room was used by a heavy smoker. The location, hotel facilities, staff all were great. I recommend this to all.
