"The breakfast was amazing, and we will certainly be returning for that alone! Pool was very quiet with fantastic views. The only disappointment was that we were hoping to enjoy the views in the bar on the Sunday evening, but it had already closed at 9pm!"

Beautifully styled but with real substance to back it and friendly staff, the cafe is brilliant, the spa is luxurious, there’s free classes and film screenings and an amazing vinyl listening lounge. Can’t believe how good it was!!"

"Loved everything. Didn’t use the spa but maybe another time. Comfortable bed and pillows, great linen which kept me warm and cool as needed. Staff were friendly, clean, good sized room and full kitchen! Two minutes to train station including Metropolitan line which goes to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by or a short walk as well as museums. Perfect location. Highly recommend "

"This is a really great hotel. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Great location that is in a very nice area of London. It was very easy to catch the tube to anywhere you might want to visit and of course it is right across the street from several fantastic museums. The breakfast was quite good and the little dining area/restaurant has a sort of old school British charm to it. I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in...

"Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."
