We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! "Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. "When I booked the accommodation some moths ago I expected that my room was within the main Hotel building but disappointed to find out that my room was in the Paddock, a few hundred metres away from the main Hotel. The Paddock building is best described as ‘Travelodge’ type accommodation as it had the same cheap feel about both the building and the room, not what I assumed by the amount I paid!! "Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks.
