"What a lovely little find. 5 mins off the M1, but set in the grounds of an old vicarage and very quiet and tranquil. Lovely welcome from the owners, shown my room which was lovely and spotless. Had a lovely walk around the grounds, stunning area great buildings. Lots of wildlife. Very central location, close to the entertainment complex and Woburn. Yummy breakfast to start the day.
