"Hotel was tranquil and reasonably clean. However, outdoor bathroom and gaps in the wooden windows meant there were heaps of mosquitoes even in the hotel room. The toilet which was located outdoors was also often wet during rainy season. Location wise, it was close to a number of tourist spots that our kids enjoyed. However, this also meant prices within the hotel and surroundings can be quite expensive. Overall, the staff were friendly and food was great. Not sure if I would recommend visiting...

"Hot Stone Club Ubud is truly one of my favorite places to stay in Bali. I spent two weeks there in December and returned for three weeks in April—it’s that good! Everything - from the warmest hospitality to superb rooms, amenities and special arrangements was perfect. We had the Riverside Pool Villa and it was stunning! We tried out their Spa and felt super refreshed after. I even secretly worked with the hotel and staff to set up a candlelight dinner as a surprise for my wife...
