Kid Friendly Hotels in Suffern

"Arrives for check in at 6pm and room was not ready yet, had to wait. Hotel needs work. Carpet in hallways is worn and stained. Bathrooms not very clean. Tv frequently lost signal, room fridge broken. Pool was decent. People in the hotel were running up and down the halls through the night slamming doors, drunk in the halls. Unsupervised children. Not a restfull night sleep."

"Not the ritz but friendly staff. Quick check-in. Breakfast area was big. The choices other than waffles were very processed. Powdered eggs. Cheap sausage patties. It will get you through but doesn’t take very good. Appliances are cheap but in working order and you get what you pay for. Easy access off the interstate. "

"The staff was very attentive and helpful. I thought I was going to have an issue with making noise. The manager on duty was right on it and even came to my room personally to speak to me about it. Definitely looking forward to staying there again!"
