The hotel helped us to move in smoothly. all the staff in the Front desk staff, the restaurant, and the house keeping are just great! Their breakfast buffet is stupendous!

Loved that we had our own hot and cold springs to soak in to relax in privacy. Our King room was spacious and clean. The staff were always courteous and responsive whenever we had queries. The spread of the buffet breakfast was also fantastic!

As usual, Lakeshore Hotel Suao showed their hospitality through expedient check in service and we want to thank especially Ms. Lin, who helped us so much when we checked in. The foods and drinks are excellent!!! We recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to this area. We will come back for sure.

Superb Hotel Nestled in 宜蓝
A pleasant surprise at the high standards of customer service, room cleanliness and the hot cold spring bath, excellent breakfast spread and the alcohol night which truly made the stay memorable. Definitely recommend this gem to fellow travellers going to 宜蓝.

Taiwan just opened for tourists and it’s quite disappointing that the hotel staff didn’t make us feel welcome. They were rather restrictive in many aspects. Though messages from the hotel staff were delivered politely, we felt like students being given instructions. The overall standard of the hotel, in terms of the room’s quality and hotel’s public areas, the price we paid is not worth it. However the little town/village environment makes up for everything worthwhile. We’ll be back to Suao but we won’t be staying at the same hotel again.

Did not see any difference between being VIP Access and non-VIP access. Very disappointed. Expedia VIP Access basically means nothing so will not be choosing based on that in the future.

All you need is there. Great COVID-19 Protocols.
Very good customer service. Great food. Very good COVID-19 protocols. The location is walking distance to the main market street. Wonderful view. Nice wifi, very clean. The hot and cold springs inside the room is so convenient. Whole family love it! Highly Recommend!

Happy stay at Lakeshore Su-ao
Jess was amazing and welcoming at the front desk. Room was lovely and clean. Only suggestion would be to serve afternoon tea with a choice of coffee and cake. Lovely hotel and pool, breakfast and would return.
Nearby suggested fish restaurant.

The only one thing I like about this hotel is that there is a water dispenser on every floor. Elevators and the ocean view rooms are very small (views aren't great either). Dinner is reservation only, with very limited selection. Not much around the hotel. We were also asked to leave the rooms early even though we were offered a late check out upon check in as Expedia VIP. Never going back.

Nice hotel. Facility has charger stations for EVs, but instead of make it free for guests, they charge higher rates compared to supercharger (Tesla). Annoying knowing that most of other hotels always offers free charge for guests.

Favorite resort in Yilan
This was our second one-night stay at Lakeshore, Suao, and I am sure we will return again. We love the baths, the views, the service, and the comfort. Unlike some spa resorts in Yilan in this class, the food for vegetarians is superior, an added plus for us.
