Hotel was quite understaffed during check-in and breakfast time, although service was still friendly. The overall experience was OK considering how pricy it gets in Jiaoxi during weekends, but will explore elsewhere next time.

Lovely rooms with spa bath. Very nice overall, the extra blessing was the Tea Time, enjoyable and enough for even an early dinner. Would recommend. Just a small request to check in at 3pm instead of 4pm. That was a little sad, unlike all places we stayed at Taiwan.

Value for money Hotel, but not soundproof rooms

Our 3 nights stay was comfortable, with a sizable soaking bathtub big enough for 2 pax, but the room size was a little small for us with 2 big luggages. The hotel provided breakfast and tea time which was nice. Only downside was that the room was totally not sound proof at all, we were woken up by our neigbours whole conversation outside our door. There was also a musty smell that came out from the toilet.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was nice with a big tub. However, the water (even for the showers) are not constantly hot. Out of the showers I had in my room, more than half of them only had barely warm water (even after letting it run for 30 mins). I would have rated this hotel 5 stars if the water could have been hot as the tub would have been wonderful. This hotel also has breakfast and teatime provided. There is adequate motorcycle and car parking lots too. This hotel is also a massage centre, but the rooms are at a different location to the massage areas. The location is about a 7 mins walk to Jiaoxi Station, and about a 15-20 mins walk to the onsens/hotsprings. Yilan County is a beautiful place and I would come back again. However, I may look for another accommodation if there are cheaper ones. If the hot water issue is not present, I would definately stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The room was cute, the tub was NICE, and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing we didn't like as much was that the food options were a little limited. But that was okay too because there were so many restaurants and convenience stores around. All in all, would stay again and definitely recommend!

內部空間有如迷宮甚至樓層動線也需要上下移動，走動空間也小，活動範圍很侷限很不方便，整個空間對老人與小孩屬於不友善的空間，所以需要飲用水的房客要自行出房間裝水的話也增加空間迷向及跌倒風險，東旅也並無配套方式因應，未來到礁溪將不列入第一住宿的考慮。The interior is like a maze; even the same floor needs to be moved up and down. The walking space is small and the range of activities is minimal, making it inconvenient. The entire space is not friendly to the elderly and children. hotel guests who need to drink water must leave the room to get water themselves, which increases the risk of disorientation and falls. Yunoyado Onsen Hot Spring Hotel Deyang has no supporting measures to deal with this, so it will not be considered the first choice accommodation in Jiaoxi in the future.

The hotel looks nice at first, and the personal hot tubs in the room are great. However, these are about all that's good. The first room they assigned us had a termite infestation and other bugs around. The termites were crawling all over the bedside area (and the mattress is on the floor because we opted for a tatami room). After that they switched us to another room. It wasn't as nice, but at least there weren't live termites. There were still signs of an infestation, however, and parts of the room had mould. We asked for the staff to clean the room and remove the mould after our first night, but they weren't able to. It was rather uncomfortable as the mould was growing in the toilet, which didn't have a door.

2/16入住當天屬過年期間 下午四點辦理入住，當下告知人手不夠還要再等待 16:00-18:00有免費下午茶可以使用 簡單的餅乾、飲料、咖啡機及水果 約莫等了半小時才上樓進房。 房間很大間浴室浴缸空間也很大 但隔音設備非常不佳，我們入住三樓房間 晚上23點過後隔壁走路腳步聲聽的非常清楚 （應該是本身建築物建材問題） 房間靠大馬路，路上行人聊天的內容聽得一清二楚 一群喝酒的在路邊嘻笑大笑都聽得到 床很舒服不會太硬 但房內較潮濕，有開空氣清淨機跟冷氣，仍濕氣重 早餐準備的很豐盛一人一整套套餐。
