"The Lodge has a great family appeal with a nice view of the water across the street. It was exactly the close location we were looking for to go explore Door County during our visit to WI. Upon arrival we received a free appetizer of our choice in the bar, very yummy and every morning they had an omelette station, a nice upgrade to the traditional complimentary continental breakfast. "let me start out by saying I generally don't do reviews, how ever I feel compelled to help here. I was a little nervous about staying there as the reviews were not good at all. I just needed a simple place as we were traveling through. When we arrived the parking lot was empty - not a good sign. I went in to check it out and found the lobby fresh and new.
