"It was cooler out and we wanted to use their warm pool and hot tub area. Unfortunately they are closed at this time. Because we were not told of this construction at check in orcould not find any info on the site about this. I called and was asking if there were any heated pools or hot tubs for the use of the guest. This question totally confused the person on the phone along with the term hot tub and warm water pools after being placed on hold and being on the unhelpful call... I was told...

"The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site."

"This hotel is amazing!!! Service is terrific, the property is just awesome, I didnt know anything about it when I booked it, just thought it looked neat. It's such a choice location. You cannot beat the fantasy theming all over the resort. The pool complex is good, loved the large hot tub in the back, none of the pools are huge but I didn't feel like they needed to be. We really enjoyed this stay!! Breakfast on site was A+ as well."

"I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again."
