"Cute little place, it was clean. A bit pricey for what you get. The bed we slept on was a little hard and not that comfortable. The hot tub was always full so didn't get a chance to go in that.... The experience was good I would def stay there again"

"Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. "

Staff was great and prompt although she was there alone and trying to do a lot of tasks at one time but she was doing it very well! "

"One of the staff smoked right outside the door and it smelled of smoke all the way down the hall. Very off-putting. Updating the decor would make it more welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"From the beginning, we arrived at 3pm - this si the check in time. Went to check in and they told us it would be atleast 30 minutes as they hadnt cleaned the room yet. After 9 hours of driving it was hard to keep the kids entertained in the car while we waited for the room. Breakfast was bad. Sausage was dry like jerky pucks. Pool area had no airflow. Lots of ceiling tiles missing and rust everywhere. Windows were fogged over and it smelled musty. Our room had no hot water for 4 of the 5...

"The breakfast was very complete with many options. The area was close to waterfront restaurants. The bathroom shower had handrails and hand spray nozzles which is great for the elderly."

"There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful."

"Water in bathroom did not work. Had to move. They wanted a 250 deposit for pet. I refused to pay. So they dropped to 100. I did get it back. Breakfast is a brown bag delivered. Rooms ha a nice view. Some people live there full time it looked like. Not staying there again "

"Staff was friendly and helpful, The pool was very cold, and the room was VERY echoing, so the couple of kids in there made is so loud it would have been hard to spend much time in there, we didnt go in, also there was an ant crawling across the bed, we ending up going somewhere else for the night."

"The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful! PLEASE SWAP OUT the small data boxes for the newer x boxes so we can access the channels or CUT THE CORD and cancel cable and get smart TV’s so guests can cast to the tv from our phones"
