"Decent hotel overall. The bed was horrible but everything else was good. Not really close to anything. Front desk young man was super nice. I would stay here again. "

Kent has a lot of great areas and this area was middle of the road, but it felt ok gas station and a Starbucks across the street and this particular block has actually cleaned up over the years i've stayed here previously , I think it was good

Kent, WA and King county has the largest amount of violating treachery I've ever encountered for being a citizen and raised here.
