"Check-in was a bit frustrating, even asking for help from staff when self-checkin wasn’t working, they were of little help. Unable to fix discrepancies and was asked to call at a later time. "

"Great location! Staff is great and welcoming, rooms are clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately there were a lot of kids at the property the first 2 days (Easter weekend) which made it impossible to relax at the pool, so we didn't even try. Also, little children with floaties just don't belong in the hot tub! One more suggestion, if the hotel is not fully booked, rooms right next to each other shouldn't be occupied if avoidable. The walls are paper thin! Between an alarm clock beeping for over 30 minutes to conversations on speaker phone as well as early noises of banging cabinets and 40 minutes morning showers we heard it all and unfortunately at a time we would have liked to sleep."
