"Property and room were nice and clean. However, they charged us $350 damage fee after we checked out without any notice to us at all!! We stayed a total of 5 days with 3 separate reservations. Never got charged or told anything after the first 2 stays and check outs. But after the 3rd one they charged us that saying that we damaged the sheets and mattress cover because our daughter had just started her menstrual cycle for the very first time! It wasn’t very much of anything on the sheets etc. We definitely didn’t/don’t have any problem paying to replace their sheets etc but we definitely feel that $350 is way more than the price to replace the items. We tried talking to a manager and was just blown off. Also emailed management and still haven’t received anything from anyone! "
