"Usually a nice hotel thats usually busy with kids sports teams. Last night was out of control with the amount of kids running and yelling down the hallways and outside until almost midnight. Staff was nowhere to be found"

"We had a great one-night staycation at the Hard Rock Hotel in London, Ontario.
With easy access to the London Children’s Museum and The Factory, it’s the perfect family-friendly getaway. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are rockin’ and the pool feels like a little oasis. It was a stay that hit all the right notes and left us wanting an encore.
Our only feedback would be that the construction and roadwork around the hotel made it difficult to access and didn’t leave a good first impression....

"I stopped in London, three times a week coming from the US, this is my first time at this motel. The motel was beautiful. The staff wasn’t very helpful. Our room had one towel. The bathroom smelled like urine and they claimed they couldn’t help me because I booked through Expedia third-party company."
