Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel.
The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower had visible mould, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was also garbage left on the dresser, and when we opened the pullout couch, we found a used, dirty paper towel underneath.
To make matters worse, the hair dryer didn’t work. When we contacted the front desk, they offered to switch rooms but mentioned it would likely be in the same condition, which was very concerning.
Breakfast was well below any reasonable hotel standard. The food appeared reheated, the bread was cold and stale, and the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery made the experience feel cheap and poorly managed. Several guests came in, looked at the food, and left.
I stay in hotels frequently, and for the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. There are far better options available,look elsewhere.
