"We enjoyed our stay at Moody Gardens Friday through Sunday. We were there for Showtime Internationals Competition weekend. Moody Gardens was also hosting Ironman. There was plenty parking, everything was clean from lobby to poolside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lunch at the Cafe the food was amazing. "Room was clean and plenty of room. Hotel was quiet and the parking lot was well lit. Was just a quick overnight before a cruise. We've stayed before and will again. Ken was friendly , polite and helpful "

"We stayed here for 5 days visiting from Australia. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Whilst the property is dated and in need of repair, it didn’t bother us nor impact our stay. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. It’s in a great location with free parking. "

It is first come first serve though so if you are planning to use them for cruise parking I would recommend getting there sooner! But the staff was very nice and answered any questions we had! "This hotel has a great location on Galveston Island. The Pleasure Pier is almost right across the street. There is a great restaurant and bar next door. The room was spacious and clean and even had a small balcony and a view of the beach! All of this and the price didn't break our bank. We will definitely stay there again."
