"Wi-fi is too poor. No shower curtain at all in the bathroom to the point it makes a mess when you take a shower due to spatters of water. No iron available upon request. Windows don’t have locks. "

"Staying at Bear Mountain Inn was amazing. Hessian Lake is beautiful. The park and trails are clean and hiking here is very good. We loved the Bear Mountain Zoo and all the exhibits. "While the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the BREAKFAST bar was pretty terrible. It was difficult to find any real, fresh food, aside from a few apples and oranges. Nearly every choice was over processed and packaged. And the coffee machine is pretty feeble. In addition, there was no way to recycle the great amount of plastic that was used in trying to put together something healthy to eat or drink."

"Highly recommend this for a beautiful family experience if you have kids! We enjoyed a 1-night, 2-day stay, and we absolutely loved everything inside the hotel and had an amazing time at the LegoLand park itself. However, there were a few downsides for the price. The room's cleanliness wasn't up to par it just lacked that fresh, crisp, clean feeling and smell when you walk in, and the bathroom was the same. "Thin walls, was woken up at 2 am for something I didn’t want to hear. Overall place is okay but didn’t have the best experience. I kept getting some weird vibes from the front desk so not sure if I’ll be back here. I’ve stayed at the other hotels near by and for sure way better experience and ambient."

"No elevator to 2nd floor. :-( Shame on Expedia for showing stairs in the photo but NOT mentioning that there was NO Elevator. It was very challenging for a 77 year old woman to drag her suitcase up the stairs. And Best Western employees DID NOT off to help. "

"Very clean and well maintained hotel. The pub was very good and the location could not have been better. It’s basically on West Point’s campus and it’s gorgeous. You can walk to several restaurants and bars although the town is a lot smaller than anticipated. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I were to return."

"The rooms are very basic, but we had everything we needed for our stay. A really nice surprise was how comfortable the beds were. The motel is close to hiking trails. The parking lot for hiking Stairway to Heaven was a 2 minute drive from the motel. If you stay here in the winter, it is only a 5 minute drive from Mountain Creek ski resort. We would stay here again."

"First day breakfast eggs cold and sausage ice cold. Reserved beverages and snacks rate and we received 1 beverage each and 1 snack each for the 3 days we paid. Snack room was basically empty with boxes on floor and cooler had choice of 2 beverages. Fruit not good quality at breakfast. No trash can in bathroom. No maid service. Had to get clean towels from cart. Online stated pool and there was no pool. Room and hotel was very clean."
