"Had a fantastic stay at the Arcadian. I switched hotels rather last minute as I was saving substantial money and the only “loss” was not having an outdoor window. I will admit, I was bit apprehensive wondering what it would be like and saw a few mixed reviews. The property was beautiful— nice location and the lobby gave off lounge vibes. Complimentary breakfast was nice in the mornings and they have a water dispenser with tea bags at all hours whether you want a hot or cold drink. I feel awful for not getting his name- but the young man working the day of check in and the next morning went above and beyond. We had a great chat and he recommended some great spots to check out/eat. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The “no window” situation wasn’t an issue. You have a window to the hallway with a curtain for privacy, but once opened, there was so much natural light from the atrium style like wall in the hallway. Whenever I travel to Boston I have a hard time finding a decent place at a decent price, I’m happy I stayed here as it was a great place for a good price and will return on my next trip! "The hotel staff was extremely responsive and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they addressed it right away. The facilities were great including the common spaces in the lobby and the gym. The check in and out was very easy. The location couldn’t have been better. It was walking distance to restaurants, major landmarks, public transportation and more. "
