"Everyone at this hotel has always been very kind and provided great service. I have stayed at the Seaport hotel for the past four years when I come for the Boston Marathon.
Each year, I receive a $35 VIP credit to spend on food or beverages, and I have always used it at Starbucks without any issues. This year, however, I was told that due to company policy, the credit cannot be used at Starbucks, so I was not given the $35 credit.
I understand it is not a large amount, but since this benefit...

"Upon checkin we were informed that the air conditioning what not working. It was an extremely warm weekend and were were uncomfortable with night with the window open since there was no screen. The breakfast items did not look fresh, so we decided to eat outside of the hotel. Our room shower was old and when I stepped in it felt like I might fall through the floor. "

"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable.
Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice.
The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also...

"Our room was very spacious and beautiful. It is nice that the Inn is right on the water. Breakfast was very yummy and abundant. Know that there are only a few parking spots actually at the property. If you are not lucky enough to get on of those spots, you have to park a GOOD ways away in a parking garage...it is a good 15+ minute walk. "The location is perfect. Walking distance to Fenway Park, MGM music venue, restaurants, coffee shops… the room was very clean, comfortable bed. The window does back up to an area with a dumpster that gets picked up around 7am, and we could hear passersby occasionally. It was not that loud and not a problem for us at all. You can play rain sounds on the TV or use the provided earplugs if needed. Loved the number keypads instead of key locks. Beautiful place. We felt very safe. I would suggest...
