"Only stayed for one night but would recommend. Room was exactly as described and good facilities with the bonus of a fully equipped (but small) kitchen. I think the people who own this property take pride in what they offer."

"The room was comfortable and clean. I thought it it wasn't very well equipped for being a 4 star hotel. I paid £170, as a single guest and this did not include breakfast and there is no parking at the hotel. There was no iron in my room and I needed to prepare my clothing for work. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception to ask for an iron. I know air conditioning and a fridge is a luxury but an iron is basic. "Overall it was good enough for what I needed it for. The room itself wasn’t the best looking place. The lights in the toilet was really dim so it was a struggle to see. There were holes in the wall and huge chunks dug out the plasterboard. Plug for the tv was stretched across the wall to the nearest socket, if it got caught on someone walking by or moving luggage then that tv would defo come off the wall. Turn on the tap and the water would slide out the sink straight onto the floor and there...

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....
