"For a night stay hotel was suitable for our needs. You can tell the rooms are very dated. The chair for the desk has peeling leather and was wonky. AC/Heating wasn't working properly. The outdoor card lock to annex wasn't functional. Anyone could walk into the building to be honest. Bed was comfortable. Staff i had encountered were nice. "

"The breakfast was average with good value. My TV remotes battery was low and I could not use the TV. The staff came up with a replacement with new batteries. A shower conditioner was empty. beter review is required of all amenities prior to making public. Not sure if I would recommend."

"Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. "

"Parking was easy, petrol station opposite was very convenient. Very convenient location for easy rental return and close to the airport. "

"Lovely place with kitchenette and a dining area, which is useful for heating up leftovers when we have stayed more than one night. Conveniently located in Slough, with great food options and a short drive from Legoland. Residence Inn has been out go-to place when we visit Legoland given it's location convenience and overall cleanliness. "

"Arrived to see posters indicating that a boiler was being replaced between 10pm and 4am - there was no mention of this prior to or after booking. Fire alarm went off at 1.45am, spoke to reception who said it was a false alarm. The fire alarm light kept flashing after this. I went to reception at 2.15am who told me the light wasn't flashing as they'd reset the alarm (they didn't ask to check). Went back to my room and at about 2.30am reception called to ask me if the light was still flashing (the...

"Fantastic place, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped rooms, lovely breakfast. Bus stop just outside the hotel takes you into Uxbridge, then tube direct to Wembley and Kings Cross. We have already booked to return. Thank you for an excellent stay. "
