"Location was top drawer in the old town, easy to find as next to the st george and dragon statue, so can come from the river or through the streets which are great to walk. venue was nice and clean, room was sufficient. would have liked to have had toiletries in the bathroom else it fulfilled the needs."

"I have stayed at this property numerous times and was disappointed on this visit as it appears the property has declined somewhat. There were 2 evenings with a large event going on downstairs until 1 am in the morning. It was very loud and disrupted my sleep. The morning breakfast had also declined with far less items. Also, the rooms tend to be too hot and it is difficult to open the windows as the noise outside makes it difficult to sleep. The location of this hotel is excellent, but the management could be better. Also noticed that there are things in disrepair, like the toilet flusher in my room."

"Terrible! The hotel was looked when I came back to the hotel in the middle of the night so I was looked out for about 20 minutes before they let me in. Terrible! And my complain was ignored the day after when I checked out."
