"The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable. It was walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and were readilt available to assist or answer any questions one may have. Would definitely consider a return if we came to Scotland."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Very charming hotel, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but get there early as they do run out of some things. The lounge area was nice for relaxing, and there is a little outdoor seating area that was very pleasant. Great location for exploring Royal Mile and surrounding area."

"The rooms need to be maintained and need to be properly renovated and refreshed. Hallways were smelly. Bed covers and bedding were dirty for the pull out couch, which was very cheap feeling material. There was hair on the headboard of the bed in main room. Breakfast was expensive and basic vs just going into town. Location of the hotel is central."
