"The room was clean but two major things to note: 1. The AC doesn’t work in May because the building is in heating mode. We had to open the windows; luckily our stay overlapped only for 1 day with the heatwave in London. 2. After using the washing machine on the last day it started leaking. "Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

"This is a great apartment! Spacious, comfortable, with everything you need. The bathroom has space to put all of your things. This living room has a great view and good light. The bedroom has a lot of space. The washer is handy. We would stay again."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...
