"Upon check in, I was told the room that was reserved for me did not have a working air conditioner so they were trying to find me a different room. When I didn't like the room they gave me they put me in the original room saying the air conditioner was fixed. We checked in and got ready went to dinner came back to a room with no working AC. It was so hot we could not sleep that night."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pier House and will definitely come back. We are not big spa people so we would like to try an oceanfront room next time. But our room was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had a fun time visiting the Chart Room and sitting on the beach at night. Perfect location to all the activities!"

"Stayed in the garden suite for a week and we had an awesome time! The property is beautiful, the cat was so cute and friendly, and the king bed had me sleeping like a rock. Would definitely come back 👌"
