"We were super surprised at how nice this was. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street. Frankly ,we are tired of paying parking fees. La Quinta had free parking. We brought our E bikes and felt safe leaving in them in the SUV as the parking lot was well lit."

"The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! One minute you're looking at clothing, then alligators, then boats, then fish. The place is filled with really great details to make you feel like you're emersed in an actual swamp. We stayed 3 nights which was perfect to mosey around the property and have 1 day throughout Memphis. Would definitely recommend!"

"Hotel was right across the street from where the Grizzlies play and the Rock and Soul museum. A block away from Beale St. and .4 miles from the Civil Rights Museum. Only had breakfast from the attached restaurant but the service was friendly and fast and the Shrimp and grits were amazing. Would stay here again"
