"This was an excellent hotel to stay in for a visit to New York. Located less than a minute’s walk from Times Square and close to subway stations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and homely. I would highly recommend this hotel if coming to see The Big Apple! "

"Best part of the hotel was the breakfast and bar. Arian the manager was wonderful. He made our stay so much better than expected. We did have some issues with the hotel as we booked two queen beds, but that was not available otherwise it was fine but could use some updating"

"The hotel was clean and in a good location. My room did not have hot water. It was very late and I was exhausted. I reported th issue in the morning, four hours before checkout and it was not fixed. Imagine no hot water for a bath, shower, or to wash hands. No attempt to was made to remedy the situation by the hotel or the third party app it was booked through."

"Great hotel, we had a one bedroom suite which was perfect for our family which included 2 teenagers. Lots of space and the kitchenette was a bonus. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Great location for exploring New York, easy access to the subway. 5 min walk to 5th avenue and the rockerfella centre, 10 mins walk to Central Park, 15 mins walk to Times Square. Great Diner across the road for breakfast. "

"This hotel was excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the amenities were so good. The 24 hr. snack room was perfect, and they had an amazing coffee machine we used every day to make espresso drinks. The location was perfect for us, as this was our first trip to NYC, and we were able to get everywhere we needed to get from this central location. I'd book here again in a heartbeat!"

"Had a great stay at the Iroquois. The building is beautiful, the spaces are clean, and the staff were really friendly. The beds (double-room) were very comfortable, and I appreciate that the mattresses have full-enclosure mattress protectors as many hotels don’t. The included breakfast was delicious and made fresh to order. All staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely visit again."
