"I booked a Queen Terrace room at The Gotham Hotel expecting a premium boutique experience, but the condition of the room did not match the category advertised. The terrace window had visible sealing material from leakage and the glass was fogged, affecting the main skyline-view feature I specifically booked. The blackout shade near the desk also did not work. In a follow-up email, General Manager Kristina Tinaj confirmed replacement parts had already been ordered for storm-related window/blind...

"The room is terribly small and apparently it’s the largest one they have. There is no trash can, no fridge, no closet, no room to even walk. I have stayed in about 30 different nyc hotels and this by far the worst particularly in view of the price. If it was a third of what I paid I might understand. Location is good but I would pick another hotel nearby. "
