"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

"Great stay! Adorable little hotel with friendly staff who permitted us to check in quite early to sleep off our jet lag :) lovely beautiful pub downstairs with good food and great beer. Friendly staff. Lively neighborhood. Walking distance to almost everything. Near good public transportation. Would stay here again! "

"A perfect stay. Ideal location, the rooms were absolutely spotless with a very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and kindly upgraded our stay whilst celebrating an anniversary and left us treats. I could not recommend this place enough. "

"Stunning hotel in a superb location! Close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and transport. Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower. Despite above, would stay again, and again and again!! ❤️"

"The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again"

"We stayed at Andaz London for five days. Overall, the experience was decent, with clear strengths and some drawbacks. The location is excellent – very well connected by bus and train, making it easy to get around London quickly. The King room was adequately sized and well equipped. The minibar was refilled daily, and the espresso machine with fresh capsules was a nice touch. Bathroom size is fine, and the toiletries smell great. However, there are several issues. The bed is positioned...

"Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "
