"This suite was nice. Everything was clean and in good order. The breakfast buffet was average to slightly above average. I got the impression of the staff would do more if they had the tools, permission or funding. The staff was great. Every single person that we talked to was a pleasure. The 2 gentleman at the front when we checked in should give classes on customer interaction. "

"The hotel room was large with a kichenette, which we didn't use, but added to the openness. Room was pretty comfortable and clean, but a little dated. Recommend that they remodel and refresh the rooms. Breakfast was good, as was service. Location was also excellent with close proximity to restaurants and grocery, and very quick access to downtown Minneapolis and/or nearby lakes."

"Beautiful hotel albeit a little outdated in rooms. Lobby areas are great, good little pub with a nice selection of tasty food. Large room, felt it was a good value. Only real complaint was the pool was chilly and my kids couldn’t enjoy it long."
