The room was less than clean- found long hair in bed, many surfaces were not clean, the thermostat was grimy, toilet was not clean- I’ll leave it at that. The front desk person on the night if my arrival was helpful and attentive.

Overall a good experience. Breakfast was better than 90% of places I have stayed. Staff was wonderful, you can tell the place is kept up with. Only minor flaw was mold spots on the ceiling of our bathroom.

I so appreciated the service of the hotel staff. Jeannie was so professional and gracious when I called prior to our arrival to inquire if it would be possible for my daughter and her family to be on the same floor. Fortunately, Jeannie was about to secure two adjourning rooms, which was so beneficial as we were traveling with a toddler. Jeannie checked in with us the morning after we checked in to make sure everything was as needed - it was so kind of her. The rooms and the hotel were very clean, and we all enjoyed the pool and hottub. Our only complaint would be the mattresses could use some updating:)
