"Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds, nice deck, fluffy towels.
Cons: Only one elevator - on the end of the hotel instead of in the middle. Breakfast was crowded as they have a small galley kitchen with barely enough room to make a waffle. They were also out of some basic food items the entire three times we went there.
In order to watch YouTube or Prime you need to connect to the hotel's internet. But it disconnected more than 20 times over two days. This was extremely frustrating....

"We called the hotel as directed by check-in policy to let the hotel know, we would be arriving after 1am - Was told Hotel shuttle was not available to us after midnight unless we used the park and fly - ? Park and fly would have already been paid for…. I attempted to cancel our night and rebook at another hotel but our room was not refundable. So we also had already paid.
Arrived at the hotel after paying $34 for taxi and asked about this again. Well- actually - a different person replied -...

"The airport shuttle was efficient on both pickup and to the airport. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had an early flight, so we weren't able to try the breakfast. We will use The Bloom next time we go to MSP."
