"No problem everything was great"

"I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. "

"The breakfast is the same EVERYDAY, and the only meat is the pork sausage. I wish you offered other meat options"

"We knocked our shins on the bed frame multiple times. That could be avoided. We appreciated the Fox & Hounds var, breakfast and location. It would have been helpful to understand that Basso would need reservations. But great weekend and pleasant stay. "

"No staff for house keeping ,requested room to be cleaned never happened , no dry towels for 2 days for rooms ,no towel for pool ,one front desk worker during high volume weekend ,no tissue for one day , took 30 mins to check in ,no one ever answers the front desk phone i would like to request a refund an i did take video of the situation "
