"The elevator was a nightmare. That must get fixed. We should have been given a refund. Had to carry all our luggage up and down the emergency stairs. The parking was also full when we paid $30. The breakfast was all picked over and didn't have much to offer. "

When we arrived, the room we reserved with two beds was not available, and only a king room remained. We were on a tight schedule for a concert and needed to get ready quickly, so waiting wasn’t really an option. Rahma immediately stepped in with solutions. She offered a rollaway bed and, more importantly, went above and beyond by offering to comp our dinner to make up for the inconvenience. That...

"This is my 4th time staying here with two large pups. I checked in on April 2 in the evening. I was greeted by the most welcoming person at the desk. I wish I had written her name down. She checked us in and explained everything. She anticipated any unforeseen needs for us! The room was spacious and spotless. There is a dog park right next door for the dogs and art to view. "Stayed 2 nights and room service didn’t come in to clean the sheets or towels"

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was the downstairs bar. We attended after an event; the bar was full but there was plenty of seating in the area. Unfortunately, we never got waited on nor did several other guests that were sitting nearby. Besides the bar area everything else was very clean and the staff was professional. I would recommend this hotel in the future, and we would stay at this hotel again. "

Everywhere you turn there’s something interesting to look at, and it really sets a vibe you don’t get at a typical hotel. The pool was also a highlight, such a unique and relaxing space to unwind. "We pulled in late night with a u-haul truck and the friendly and accommodating desk clerk had a space on the street marked off for us! The location, easy on and off the Interstate, is right downtown and next to sports arenas but for us was very quiet and safe street parking (cars have a garage). Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We'd stay here again."

"The breakfast was lacking, parking was expensive and a pain (although the valet were the nicest staff), the pool was cold, our room was missing condition and they never brought us soap, they repeatedly forgot our towels after cleaning, our safe and phone were broken and never replaced or fixed after several requests and the blow dryer was weak and terrible.
