"Our room 402 had a terrific city view. Our room was very comfortable. Reception desk was very friendly, professional, helpful and kind. Breakfast had a big variety of things and we enjoyed it. Restaurant staff where very kind. Room service did a terrific job. Wi-Fi worked great. There was always hot water and the heating worked great. "Everything is good at this hotel."

"Rooms were very clean but there wasn't a laundry room as described in the ad. There is a parking but you have to pay which is not in the description. The room didn't look like in the pictures. The microwave didn't have the rotation plate and their was no skillet in the equipment. We had to ask for one. The breakfast was varied and good but don't go at the last minute or nothing is left. Let's just say we were disappointed and let down by the description."
