Service great, room horrible

We arrived pretty late. Was a smooth check in. When I got to the room it was small and really not modern. The pictures must be of one of two rooms that they have modernised now as for 110 gbp a night it was more like staying in a travel lodge Coffee was nice and service was good but the room was pretty horrible

Not ready for prime time!

This is a beautiful property with tons of potential, but they appear to have opened before they worked out all the kinks. The room was very nice, large bathroom, and wonderful balcony. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent at best and not reliable at times. The thermostat didn't work so we had to keep the balcony door open at night, which was noisy from street traffic.

Staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate us. The Air conditioning in our room was not working. They sent a technician 3 times and told us it is fixed and still wasn’t working. So for our entire stay the room was too hot or too cold. The last night of our stay the room was too hot to sleep. They told us that the only thing they can offer is to move us to a room so at 2 am we had to pack and move!!!! Absolutely not acceptable. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Izmir for a wedding and expected a comfortable experience from a four-star hotel. While the staff was friendly, the facilities well-maintained, and the breakfast good, a major issue with room temperature control significantly impacted my stay. Despite unusually warm weather (27°C during the day, 15°C at night), the centralized AC was still in winter mode, heating the room instead of cooling it. Since the hotel is near a busy motorway, opening the window meant dealing with excessive noise, while keeping it closed made the room unbearably hot. After multiple calls to the front desk, no solution was offered, and my wife and I had a sleepless night. I understand seasonal AC transitions can be challenging, but a four-star hotel should offer alternatives like fans or room reassignment. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, while I appreciated the hospitality and maintenance, the lack of flexibility in handling basic comfort needs left me disappointed. I would only consider staying here again if temperature control was managed more effectively in the future.

The Hotel is located in a commercial district of Izmir not much around but within a 5 minute drive you are in the center of the cIty the hotel is clean quite staff are friendly I would stay there again as the sea view from my window was amazing bed very comfortable

This was a short but pleasant visit, hotel is part of an office building and mall, which made the entrance to the property confusing. Valet parking not available, so parking in mall lot was not well explained when arriving. Staff were pleasant, restaurant was average, but friendly. Bed very comfortable, which was most important

It can’t be Sheraton standard

Rooms were not clean enough, no any amenities even though it is business hotel. Breakfast was horrible not hygienic, in my coffee there was something not clear but probably it was chemical what they were using. Worse ever stayed in Sheraton such a poor quality and management
