"My flight came in earlier than the check in was allowed, however, the staff allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. My husband and I found the room clean and comfortable. The lobby area was nice and big, we played biard games in the evening. Although there was some very loud teens playing foosball on the other side of the lobby, we were still able to enjoy our game. The breakfast the next morning was hot and fresh. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my request of a later checkout! I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers!"

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location is very central and easy to get around. I note that they are currently building a new metro station next door so it will be even easier in future. It’s an easy walk to the botanical gardens, the river and the bridge across to Southbank. The shower was great and the toiletries provided smelt wonderful. "
