"The Royal Albert Hotel is so convenient being right in the CBD. During our stay we went for many walks to see all the Christmas decorations & lights, everything was so close by. We enjoyed a perfect stay with the staff being very attentive & explained everything very well to us."

"It was a wonderful stay from our arrival to departure. Staff were very welcoming. Only comment that I would make is that the cleaning of the room was quite late - close to 4.00 pm. "

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

They provided a clear instruction to how I can access to the hotel property and collect my room key, really appreciated. One thing need to mention was their wi-fi, it is not working properly. Other than this, willing to stay again in the future. Thanks! "
