"The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. "The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay."

"I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine."

"Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again."

"No hot water in the shower. No water pressure in the shower. Room 206 Should have brought a hose to hook up to the sink to shower. Elevator floor had some kind of soup spread around. No glass tray in microwave. Fridge was nice! Two tiny two inch pillows, two big towels, two hand towels. This was a four day stay. Not pleasant, front desk said they would put in a work order for my room not having hot water, after first explaining to me that there was no hot water because others were using...

"Overall great place to stay! The only complaint is that the shower door opened inward and the nozzle was behind the door and shower head on the other side so you had to spray yourself with cold water to even turn it on. Breakfast was hot, plenty of food but was pretty bland."

"Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles,sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!"
