We had a club room on the 19th floor and the lounge staff and experience for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening truly made our stay very comfortable. "The hotel was located in an area that was very easy to get to the mass transit. 2 train lines within in walking distance. The breakfast has an array of items to choose from. I did have to ask that the bacon be cooked more thoroughly and they had no problem accommodating my request. The doorman was always ready to offer an umbrella to take with you if there was rain in the forecast. That was a very pleasant surprise. The fitness center was another plus for this hotel, especially after that breakfast. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to family, friends, and colleagues. "
