"The ac was functional, but the faucet was not. Lifting it to turn on the water, it fell off. We asked for it to be fixed, but that wasn't in their plans, so we asked to move rooms. They said they were full. The beds were kinda clean; the sheets might have been washed but the frames were dusty and there was a fake fingernail next to one. Other guests on our fllor were smoking something other than cigarettes for two of our three nights; when we take to the front desk, they told us there were no other guests on our floor. (Note we were told ask rooms were booked.) Breakfast was some muffins that were handled before we got downstairs (like, visible finger prints) while the cereal sat out all weekend long. The pool is tiny. "

"The property had the wrong checkout time posted on the door in the room. We were going to checkout at the time posted, but staff started knocking aggressively on the door, and then informed us that the checkout was actually at 11 AM, I apologized and explained the misunderstanding and they were still very rude, asking us to keep the door open and move our stuff, even though my wife was getting dressed. I think it is unnecessary to be so rude over a simple misunderstanding like this. Very unprofessional. This made my wife and me feel very unsafe. This should have been handled differently by staff."

"The room was not clean. We did not take a shower because the shower enclosure and especially the door was not clean. On the window, half of it must have lost the vacuum in the pane. It's been like that for a long time because you could not see through it. Poor maintenance!!!. The worst was a trash can outside the at 9 pm. In the morning at 8 am, there was more on the ground. That was disgusting and no one did anything about this. This is the entrance for godsake, doesn't anyone look outside. There was trash on the hotel property that should be picked up."
